These are my kids favorite cookies. Suprised the heck out of me
since there is no chocolate involved, but they are easy, and good!! I
will be in big trouble if they ever stop making the cereal involved.
 
Recipe:

3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 Cups General Mills Oatmeal Crisp Hearty Raisin Cereal (these are
flakes)
1 1/4 Cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Oven 400
Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart
onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen
cookies.
