Note: The rise is to short making these more like low-riders but then the waistband doesn't fit.

-Not to mention low-riders weren't the style in 1913.

Tested Pattern

Note: Needs 1/2 inch at the top.......1/4 inch added to the sides and bottom (crotch) and would go ahead and make the waistband pieces 1/2 inch longer too. When you are turning them to stitch to the back of the waist you can clip if needed...
