The embroidery is easier done before cutting out the garment. Move the leg 'embroidery motif' in from the side seam and up from the leg seam about one half inch before tracing to the fabric, allowing for the finished seams. Otherwise, after hemming the bottom, the embroidery was too low. Also lower the center front embroidery about 1/4" for the same reason unless you are facing it. You can get one 'turn down' but the second turndown needed for a 'clean' hem, hits the top of the embroidery.
